ThriveHer is operated by Rochelle Waite, a sole trader registered in Australia (ABN 80 485 541 028). ThriveHer provides clinical naturopathic education and membership services for women navigating perimenopause and menopause. Our website is thriveher.vip.
By accessing our website or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding.
ThriveHer offers three membership tiers:
Ignite is a free membership providing access to the weekly podcast, clinical blog, and early notice of upcoming events and programmes. No payment is required.
Elevate is a paid membership at $47 per month providing access to the full ThriveHer Tribe including the Daily PULSE via WhatsApp, monthly clinical seminars, monthly Roundtable, quarterly Masterclasses, the ThriveCode curriculum, and the WhatsApp community.
Catalyst is a paid membership at $197 per month providing everything in Elevate plus direct clinical access to Rochelle Waite through The Health Suite. Clinical onboarding, health history, and practitioner agreements for Catalyst are managed separately through PracticeBetter. Those agreements govern the clinical relationship between you and Rochelle Waite as your practitioner.
The content provided through ThriveHer Ignite and Elevate memberships is clinical naturopathic education. It is designed to help you understand the biological processes involved in perimenopause and menopause and to support informed self-management. It does not constitute individual clinical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
ThriveHer education is not a substitute for consultation with your treating medical practitioner, specialist, or other qualified health professional. If you have concerns about your health, seek professional advice.
Clinical services provided through the Catalyst membership and The Health Suite are governed by separate practitioner agreements signed through PracticeBetter.
Elevate and Catalyst memberships are billed monthly. Payment is processed automatically on the same date each month from the date of your initial purchase. All prices are in Australian dollars.
If a payment fails, access to your membership may be suspended until payment is successfully processed. We will attempt to notify you of a failed payment via the email address associated with your account.
You may cancel your membership at any time with no minimum commitment period and no cancellation fee. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to membership content until that date. No refunds are issued for the current billing period, including where you cancel partway through a month.

ThriveHer does not offer refunds on membership fees already charged. If you believe a charge has been made in error, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
All content provided through ThriveHer including podcast episodes, clinical seminars, blog posts, WhatsApp communications, and curriculum materials is the intellectual property of Rochelle Waite and ThriveHer. You may not reproduce, distribute, share, or commercialise any ThriveHer content without prior written permission.
Membership access is for personal use only. Sharing login credentials or membership content with non-members is not permitted and may result in termination of your membership without refund.
Elevate and Catalyst members have access to the ThriveHer WhatsApp community. By joining the community you agree to engage respectfully with other members and with the ThriveHer team. We reserve the right to remove any member from the community who engages in behaviour that is harmful, disrespectful, or inconsistent with the values of ThriveHer. Removal from the WhatsApp community does not constitute cancellation of membership.
Rochelle Waite is a qualified naturopath holding post-graduate Masters Degrees in Immunology (Autoimmunity), Women's Health Medicine, and Reproductive Medicine. ThriveHer content is informed by clinical expertise and current evidence in these disciplines.
However, ThriveHer educational content is general in nature and does not take into account your individual health history, circumstances, or needs. Results described or implied by ThriveHer content are not guaranteed and will vary between individuals. Nothing in ThriveHer content should be interpreted as a claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or health condition.
If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a diagnosed health condition, consult your treating practitioner before implementing any recommendations from ThriveHer content.
To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, ThriveHer and Rochelle Waite are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from your use of ThriveHer content or services, including but not limited to reliance on educational content without seeking individual clinical advice.
Nothing in this clause excludes any guarantee, warranty, or right you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Your personal information is collected and handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, available at thriveher.vip/privacy.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version will always be available at thriveher.vip/terms. Continued use of ThriveHer services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
