01
Understand
Connect the dots between your symptoms, hormones, metabolism, immune health and inflammation.
You’re invited
An intimate, evidence-informed women’s health experience designed to help you stop guessing and start understanding your body.
You’ve been told you’re “fine.”
So why don’t you feel it?
Does this sound familiar?
You may not be able to explain it neatly. Your results may have been described as normal. But your energy, sleep, concentration, mood or metabolism no longer feel like your own.
Why this day is different
Most health events give you information. Most appointments give you fifteen minutes. This day gives you time, context and a personalised plan for what comes next.
01
Connect the dots between your symptoms, hormones, metabolism, immune health and inflammation.
02
Complete an at-home-style blood spot test during the day to assess your omega-6 to omega-3 balance.
03
Bring the questions you have never had enough time—or enough space—to ask.
04
Leave with practical next steps that make sense for your health, priorities and everyday life.
Your hormones, immune system and blood sugar may have been holding a board meeting without you.
Your private follow-up
Your results usually take approximately three weeks. Once they are available, you’ll have a private 30-minute consultation with Rochelle to understand what they mean and discuss your next steps.
Your host
“I kept seeing intelligent, capable women being told everything looked normal—while they still felt exhausted, foggy, overwhelmed or unlike themselves.”
They weren’t imagining it. They simply had not been given enough time—or enough context—to understand what was happening.
For more than a decade, I’ve helped women uncover the patterns behind symptoms that are often dismissed, misunderstood or treated in isolation.
This day brings those conversations together so you can understand the connections, ask better questions and move forward with greater clarity.
Rochelle Waite is Australia’s only naturopath holding Master’s degrees in Immunology, Women’s Health Medicine and Reproductive Medicine, with more than ten years of clinical experience.
This isn’t about chasing symptoms. It’s about understanding the whole picture.
