By subscribing, accessing the portal, or booking a consultation, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use ThriveHer’s services.
ThriveHer offers naturopathic and wellness services designed to improve overall health, vitality, and well-being through personalized and educational approaches. This includes:
1:1 Consultations with Rochelle Waite (Naturopath), focusing on nutritional education, lifestyle recommendations, and natural health strategies.Access to the ThriveHer Portal, which provides educational content, recipes, blog posts, videos, workshops, and downloadable resources to support your health and wellness journey.
Naturopathic Services Are Complementary: ThriveHer services are intended to complement medical care and are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare professional.No Diagnosis or Treatment: The Naturopath, Rochelle Waite, does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions, diseases, or disorders.Medical Referrals: If potential signs or symptoms of a disease, disorder, or condition are identified during a consultation, you will be informed of the concern and directed to consult a licensed medical practitioner for further evaluation.
As a ThriveHer user, subscriber, or client, you agree to the following responsibilities:
Provide Accurate Information: You confirm that any information you provide when subscribing, booking consultations, or using ThriveHer’s services is accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
Medical Advice and Conditions: You understand that ThriveHer’s services are not a replacement for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.If you have or suspect a medical condition, you agree to seek advice from a licensed healthcare provider.Personal Accountability: You agree that any recommendations provided by ThriveHer (e.g., during consultations, in portal content, or workshops) are to be implemented at your own discretion and responsibility. ThriveHer and its team are not liable for any outcomes resulting from the use of its services.
Adherence to Other Agreements: Separate Informed Consent for Consultations
All 1:1 consultations with Rochelle Waite (Naturopath) are subject to a separate Informed Consent and Privacy Policy Agreement which you will review and agree to at the time of booking. This agreement outlines the nature and limitations of the services provided, your responsibilities, and confidentiality protections. If you do not agree to the terms outlined in the Informed Consent Agreement, you will not be able to proceed with consultations.
ThriveHer subscriptions provide access to services, including the ThriveHer portal and 1:1 consultations. The following payment terms apply:
Recurring Payments: Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis (e.g., monthly or annually) using the payment method provided at sign-up.Promotional Rates: Any promotional rates or discounts applied to your subscription are contingent upon timely payment of your fees.Failed Payments:If a scheduled subscription payment fails (e.g., due to insufficient funds or an expired payment method), you will be notified via email.You will have 3 business days to update your payment information and complete the transaction.Subscription Cancellation:If payment is not received within 3 business days, your subscription will be automatically canceled, and access to the ThriveHer portal and consultations will be revoked.Any promotional rates or discounts associated with your subscription will no longer apply.Reinstatement: If your subscription is canceled, you may re-subscribe at the standard subscription rate. Promotional rates are not guaranteed upon reactivation.
If your subscription includes 1:1 consultations with Rochelle Waite, the following cancellation terms apply:
24-Hour Cancellation Window: You must provide at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule a consultation.Late Cancellation Fee: If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours' notice, you will be charged 50% of the standard consultation fee set by Rochelle Waite.No-Show Fee: If you fail to attend your scheduled consultation without prior notice ("no-show"), you will be charged 100% of the standard consultation fee.Additional Charges for Subscribers: Late cancellation and no-show fees are charged in addition to your subscription and must be paid before booking your next consultation.
The ThriveHer portal provides educational resources to help you on your health and wellness journey. It is important to understand the following:
Informational Nature: All content provided on the ThriveHer portal (e.g., blog posts, recipes, videos, workshops) is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
No Practitioner-Client Relationship: Use of the ThriveHer portal does not establish a practitioner-client relationship with Rochelle Waite or any other ThriveHer team member.
User Responsibility: ThriveHer is not liable for any harm, injury, or loss resulting from your use or reliance on information provided through the portal.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland, Australia.ThriveHer will comply with any mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your country. However, to the extent permissible, Queensland law will prevail in the event of a conflict.
Subscriptions: ThriveHer subscription fees are non-refundable. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the portal and included services until the end of your current billing cycle.Consultation Fees: Fees charged for missed or late-canceled consultations are non-refundable.
ThriveHer reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be communicated via email or posted on the ThriveHer portal. Continued use of ThriveHer services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised Terms.

No, you’re not locked into a contract. You can pause your membership for up to three months or cancel anytime. If you choose to cancel, keep in mind that any special pricing will be forfeited, and if you decide to rejoin, it will be at the then-current rate.
A: Yes, you can switch between membership levels at any time. Whether you’re upgrading from Premium to Platinum or downgrading from Platinum to Premium, you’ll do so at the current rate for the selected membership level. Please note that changes in membership level may affect your access to certain benefits and features.
A: We do not offer refunds. Your payments will stop immediately upon cancellation, but there are no pro-rated refunds for partial months or unused time. Please consider this policy before making a commitment.
